Almond Flour Banana Bread without Sugar

  • 3 large eggs (makes sure you beat them)
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 3 bananas (mash them)

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 3 cups of almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven at 300 F or 150 C and prepare a pan for cooking bread along with the cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix eggs and vinegar. Add coconut oil, honey, mashed bananas and vanilla extract altogether. Stir well until there is no small lump.
  3. In a large bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Blended well, add them to banana mixture and stir well to blend. Don’t forget to pour batter into the bread pan.
  4. Bake the banana mixture in the oven for one hour. This way, make sure the knife that you insert into the center comes out in a clean condition.
  5. After one hour baking, let the pan cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Hold onto the flaps of parchment paper and take out the bread of the loaf pan.
  7. Remove the banana bread from the oven to cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. Slice the bread with sharp serrated knife.
  9. Add toppings as you like.
